TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online Booking
For online bookings, confirmation is subject to vehicle availability. If no confirmation is received within six (6) hours, please consider the vehicle unavailable. For any inquiries, kindly contact our admin via WhatsApp at 013-959 2044.
Delivery and Collection Fee
Delivery and collection within a 10 km radius will incur a charge of MYR 15 per trip. For distances exceeding 10 km, a charge of MYR 1.50 per km will apply. Delivery and collection fees for such cases will be quoted manually. An additional fee of MYR 15 per trip applies for deliveries or collections scheduled before 08:00 or after 20:00.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM200.00 to RM1,000.00 per vehicle will be collected upon vehicle collection and quoted on a case-by-case basis. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 to 14 working days, subject to the vehicle being returned in good condition and no summons or fines being incurred.
Additional Driver
Additional drivers will be charged RM10 per person per day. All additional drivers must be registered at the time of vehicle pick-up and are subject to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to impose a penalty of MYR500 should the Hirer allow the vehicle to be driven by an unauthorized driver.
Driver’s Age And Licence Requirements
The drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old. Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Probational license holders will not be accepted.
Minimum Rental
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). Any extension exceeding 12 hours will be charged as a full day rental.”
Mileage Policy
The rental includes a complimentary mileage of 300 km per day. Any excess mileage beyond this limit will be charged at RM1 per km
Vehicle Collection & Verification Policy
1.Authorised Hirer
Only the person who made the booking and submitted a valid identity card/passport and driving licence (“Authorised Hirer”) is allowed to collect the vehicle.
Vehicles will not be released to any other person unless prior written approval has been received from the Authorised Hirer and the nominated person’s identity has been verified in advance.
2.Unauthorised Collection
If an unapproved person attempts to collect the vehicle, we reserve the right to refuse vehicle handover and treat the booking as cancelled, with applicable cancellation charges or deposit forfeiture.
3.Required Documents
Please bring photocopies of the following documents for verification purposes:
Identity card or passport
Driving licence
Business card or any relevant document showing your working or residential address
4.Vehicle Inspection at Collection
Upon vehicle collection, the hirer must inspect the vehicle for any existing damage or missing parts.
Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately to our team before departure.
Any damage or missing parts not reported at the time of collection will be considered the hirer’s responsibility.
Insurance & Excess
All vehicles are fully insured with standard motor vehicle policy. However the hirer is responsible for excess not exceeding MYR4,000 (Group A), MYR6,000 (Group B), MYR10,000 (Group C), MYR20,000 (Group D).

All insurance and excess protection do not apply for damage or lost due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle. The insurance and excess protection also not cover for tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, battery damage because of forgotten turned off electrical devices and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.
The accident or damage only applies for collision between two moving objects. Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under hirer’s full responsibility and subjected to the above excess and excess protection.
For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third party driver which include the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving licence and vehicle registration number. If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess or excess protection.
The hirer is reminded that underbody, windscreen and overhead damage is at their own risk at all time. All insurance and excess protection is void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed and unmade road or surface.
The hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform us for any event of accidents or theft.
A police report should be made within 24 hours after the accidents or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss. The police report should be obtained in writing.
Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee
In the event of an accident or collision during the rental period — regardless of fault — the Company reserves the right to impose an Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee.
This fee is intended to cover operational and administrative costs arising from the incident, including but not limited to:
Coordination of accident reports and insurance claims
Communication with relevant parties (workshops, insurance providers, police, etc.)
Loss of rental income due to the temporary unavailability of the vehicle
The fee is charged per incident and is separate from any other applicable charges, fines, insurance deductibles, or excess amounts.
The applicable fee amount will be stated in the rental agreement or communicated at the time of the incident.
The standard Accident Management & Administrative Recovery Fee ranges from RM1,000 to RM5,000 per incident, depending on the vehicle category.
Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection. A refuelling surcharge of up to RM300 may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.”
Additional Terms & Responsibilities
1.Criminal Use
The Hirer will be held financially liable for the full value of the vehicle if it is used for any criminal activity.
2.Vehicle Cleanliness
If the vehicle interior is excessively muddy, dirty, stained, or malodorous, and cannot be restored through standard cleaning procedures, a Specialist Cleaning Charge of MYR300 will apply.
Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A cleaning penalty of MYR500 will be charged if this rule is violated.
3.Traffic & Parking Summons
All traffic or parking fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the Hirer. Failure to pay any fines within the specified time after notification from the Company will incur an additional penalty of MYR300.
4.Scheduled Maintenance for Long-Term Rentals
For long-term rentals, the Hirer must return the vehicle to the nearest branch when it is due for scheduled servicing. The Company reserves the right to charge all repair costs if the vehicle is not returned for maintenance as required.
Speed Limit
The maximum speed limit on highways in Malaysia is 110 km/h, and 90 km/h on regular roads. Please drive safely and comply with all traffic regulations
Returning The Vehicle
The Hirer shall notify the Company of any intention to return the Vehicle earlier or later than the agreed return time, or to request an extension of the rental period, no less than twelve (12) hours in advance, and in any case, not later than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled return time (“Cut-Off Period”). Any failure to provide such notice within the Cut-Off Period may result in double charges at the Company’s prevailing rates.
Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellation 24 hours before the rental date
Full refund will be provided.
2.Cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental date
No refund will be given.
3.Same-day cancellation or No-show
No refund will be given.
4.Change of rental dates
Subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5.Cancellation by the company
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown), customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.
